In 2021, CHI began developing single-family homes in the Five Mile neighborhood of South Dallas, near Dallas Baptist University, the University of North Texas at Dallas, and the VA Hospital. In addition to the Five Mile neighborhood, a second housing project is also in the early stages of development and is located near the VA Hospital. As homes are completed, CHI will sell them at a discounted price to buyers with targeted low to moderate incomes. Upon closing, the homeowners will immediately have substantial equity in the home, supporting their future dreams and building lasting legacies for their families.
