Notre Dame Court features 68 one-bedroom apartments dedicated to seniors age 62 or over. Income limits apply. The guiding principle is to provide quality residences to seniors in their neighborhood, near churches, friends, family, and the amenities they deserve.
Notre Dame Court was developed using a HUD section 202 grant and our equity, opening in June, 2010. Section 202 also provides rental assistance allowing us to leverage our energy and resources for quality, community based housing for seniors who would otherwise find this unaffordable.
Residents enjoy a community room with frequent activities and events, scheduled transportation to senior programs at Catholic Charities’ Brady Center, controlled access to residences and parking, on site laundry facility, nine foot ceilings, and clean, modern architecture.
Notre Dame Court is at 801 S. Madison and Pembroke Street, adjacent to St. Joseph’s Residence, which provides affordable assisted living and is accessible to residents of Notre Dame Court.
